Buying hand spun yarn still has a certain thrill to it for me, it happens so rarely! Eatlllager she sells sea shells yarn is so beautiful and yarn like this does not come easy!

Some of my favorite jewerly is from Banana Republic, no it does not last forever, but it's cute and hip and if you lose it, no biggie. The Pansy brooch is perfect for spring and would look super cute on a hand knit hat, sweater or scarf!

I almost have a complete collection of Rodney Yee Yoga dvds, Strength is one I do not have. I like to do a different routine everyday and can really notice the difference.

After seeing The Boss preform at the Superbowl, I've been thinking about his new cd, Working on a Dream, appropriately titled for my life.

We went to the Urban Craft Uprising last weekend. It was a little overwhelming for both of us, as we do not really enjoy shopping for shopping sake. We did get a new lamp! Style Garden refinishes vintage lamps and we got one that goes perfect with our modern, yet comfy style.

We also got some new clothes from Intertwined Designs, a local company that make super comfy and "green" hemp clothing. I learned a lot about hemp and it is good stuff! Did you know that using the same amount of land, hemp produces 250% more fiber than cotton and 600% more than flax? It not just for hippies any more!

We are done shopping for the holidays and I only have a few more things to knit, which will happen next week, when I am on vacation. We are happy to stay home this year and spend the holidays together, as a married couple. Oh, I almost forgot to mention, it snowed! And it stuck! There is snow right now on the cedar tree in front of the window!
